Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deadlocked (deadlocked.gg). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

Deadlocked is a free, informational stats and tier-list site. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't use it in any way that harms the site, its users, or its availability.

Data accuracy

Our tier lists, win rates, builds, and other figures are estimates derived from third-party and community match data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they change constantly. We provide everything "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Treat it as guidance, not gospel — how you play is on you.

No scraping or automated access

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its data by automated means, and you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our data or content as your own. Reasonable personal use is fine; mass extraction is not.

Intellectual property

The site's design, editorial content, and branding are ours. Game data, names, and imagery relating to Deadlock belong to Valve Corporation and their respective owners; we use them for informational purposes only.

Not affiliated with Valve

Deadlocked is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices — their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
